Thermostable phytase is a heat stable phytase specially developed for pelleted feeds. It can efficiently hhydrolyze phytic acid (phytate) in plant feed ingredients. Beyond releasing inorganic phosphorus, it disassembles phytic acid‑mineral‑protein complexes, liberating protein, amino acids and mineral elements which are tightly bound by phytic acid. It improves phosphorus availability for monogastric animals, reduces inorganic phosphate supplementation, and cuts phosphorus excretion to lower environmental phosphorus pollution.
