Alkaline protease for textile works under alkaline bath conditions, widely used for bio‑scouring, silk degumming and protein‑based fabric treatment. It hydrolyze residual protein impurities, sericin and non‑cellulosic contaminants on fabric surface. It replaces partial high‑alkali chemical treatment, reduces chemical consumption, softens fabric hand‑feel, and improves surface smoothness of silk, wool and cotton textiles.
